By placing an order with Le Tartistry you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Amaretti Online Orders
We bake and despatch online orders Monday to Thursday. Any orders received Friday to Sunday will be baked and posted the following Monday.
Please ensure that all the order and shipping details that you provide are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost or delayed due to incorrect information being provided. If you notice a mistake once you have made your order, please let us know via email or telephone immediately. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class.
Refunds
If in the event we need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control we will ensure a full refund is sent to you within 48 hours of cancellation via the original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us in writing via email.
All of our products are perishable and made to order, therefore, they cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless they are of an unsatisfactory quality or through a fault of Le Tartistry, you have received the wrong item.
Please ensure someone is at home or available to successfully receive your delivery. Our products cannot fit through a letterbox.
Please make sure you check that you are happy with the condition of your order as soon as you receive your delivery. If you are unhappy with the condition you have received your order please let us know via email or telephone.
When contacting us with any problems with your order, please provide us with as much evidence as possible of the issue, including photographs (if applicable) so that we can investigate thoroughly.
We take great care in packaging our products to avoid damage whilst in transit, and we cannot be held responsible for the condition of any product once it has left our bakery. However, please let us know if your item has been damaged during transit and we will investigate thoroughly.
Allergens
All mail order deliveries and afternoon tea deliveries are labelled with the relevant allergens. You can also find a list of allergens on the product web page. Le Tartistry cannot be held responsible for any allergies or reactions caused by the products.
Some products are made without certain allergens, however, please be aware that our kitchen handles, dairy, gluten, mustard, soya, nuts, peanuts and eggs.
It is your responsibility to inform consumers and guests of any allergens.
China Hire
Our Vintage China and cutlery needs to be washed by hand, it cannot go into a dishwasher due to its age. All china and cutlery is sanitised before hire.
Intellectual Property
You may not modify, copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, market and translate any information, including trademarks, photographs, imagery, text, logos and content appearing on this website, which is the sole property of Le Tartistry Any use of the above is strictly prohibited unless specific consent has been requested by you and agreed by us.
